A delightful red cotton ribbon with white tulips and scalloped edges, green stems and leaves. This trim was found in a closed hat factory in France years ago. We have sold this in the walk-in shop, but are now offering the last bundles here.
Ribbon measures 11/16th wide and is sold in 2 yard increments. We only have a very few available.
