How to Create a "Local PickUp Order"


We process orders Monday - Saturday 9:00 to 4:00, and as soon as we can, we place it on our Pickup Bench, outside for you to pickup. (Keep in mind, the walk-in shop has limited hours.) If you place your order past 4:00 pm, or on Sundays, your order will be ready the next business day. If you have an urgency we may be able to accommodate evening or Sunday orders. Please call or email. 

How to place a Pickup Order

Simply add items to your cart. When you are done shopping, go to your cart, click on "Checkout", then click "Pick up" (see photo below) This is where you enter your name or login.  In the box "Order Special Instructions" Write a note letting us know when you will be picking up the order. This is MUCH appreciated (see photo below).

Now simply complete your order.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email, and when the order is ready, another automated email. Check your junk folder if you don't see the emails.

Again, we need you to communicate with us as to when you are coming to pickup your order so it does not get damaged sitting outside all day. hello@rosemille.com

If you change your mind after choosing local pickup, we can ship it and send you a bill for a minimum shipping fee of $5, depending on what you ordered.

Occasionally, but rarely, we may be away and cannot prepare your order the same day, but we will contact you via email to let you know when we can have it ready.
