Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday, and sometimes on Saturdays. If an order comes in before 2:00 CT, we usually send it out the same day, via USPS or if a larger package, via UPS. When we create a shipping label in our system, the customer will automatically receive an email confirmation including tracking information, which can be followed by clicking on the link.

Once the package leaves our shop, we no longer have control over it. The shipping company moves the package to their various distribution centers across the country, then to the city of destination, and finally to the customer. If the package is leaving the USA, it will most likely make a stop at a customs distribution center, and be assigned to the destination country, where fees and taxes applied by the destination country may be added and billed to the customer. We have no knowledge of the fees set by other countries.

If after 30 days (international orders after 40 days) the package has not been received by the customer, we can file a claim with the insurance provider if included in the shipping label. At this point we will work with the customer for validation that the package has not been delivered. Once the claim has been approved the order can be refunded.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but it has not,  the customer may have received notification that it has been delivered. It could be the result of the postal carriers GPS system, marking the package as being delivered prematurely. We advise to wait 24-48 hours for the package to be delivered, if not please contact your local Post Office to find out what happened.
