Books and magazines ship together, but separate from other items, per order. If you order "pre-order" items on the same order as "in stock " items, we will hold the order until everything is in stock. To avoid this, order the "pre-order" items separately.

We estimate a $28 (over 1 lb) cost to ship to Canada, and Europe. Contact us for a quote for anywhere else. If you place an order and there is no shipping added, we will bill you separately.
