Key to My Heart - Ornament Kit

Make a pair of pretty paper covered wood heart ornaments. Embellish with Dresden lock & Key, our beautiful graphic papers, edge in sparkly snow glass glitter and hang from a pristine white silk ribbon. Designed by Michelle Rose Jorgensen

Basic Instructions: Using slightly watered down white glue paint the glue on the wood heart and press desired paper on in. Sand or cut off the excess paper around shape. Do this on both sides, allow to dry completely before sanding. Decorate with Dresdens using adhesive foam and glue. Cut ends of banner into a V shape, curl and apply to heart. Glue the two sides of the keys together forming a 3d key, hang with metallic cord. Apply glue to sides of heart, dip into glass glitter, allow to dry. Tie a bow on the cut ends of the ribbon, insert folded loop through hole in heart. Give to someone who holds your heart.

We recommend Mod Podge, Becon's 3-in-1 craft glue to glue down elements, and Tombow Aqua glue for glittering sides.
