Black Fine Straw Millinery Braid - Vintage France

Extra fine black straw millinery braid made before WWII, likely from the 1910's. This braid was brought back from France in 2009, purchased from a closed hat Factory in Stepfonds, the self proclaimed "Hat capital of the World". The item number is coincidental being 1942, I don't think this is reference to a date. 1942 was a rough time for France and all of Europe.

One full hank of about 10 yards.
