Top Hat, Spun Cotton

Black spun cotton top hats with paper brim in three sizes. These are ideal snowman top hats.

Small:  approximately 7/8" tall, hat body ~3/4" diameter, and 1-1/4" diameter brim

Little:  approximately 3/4" tall, hat body ~5/8" diameter, and 1" diameter brim

Tiny: approximately 1/2" tall, hat body ~3/8" diameter, and 3/4" diameter brim

Sold in packages of 3 of the same or an assortment of one of each size
