Retro taffeta bow on a comb. Graphic designed fabric in shades of lime, chartreuse, gray, black and orange. There is a tiny little flower in the center of the bow.
Made by "Cathy Thousands Oaks California" Not sure of the exact age of this piece but we guess sometime in the 1950's or '60's.
